Our product ranges from 70 GSM to 1000GSM in various colours in denier range from .9 to 15 with an annual production capaciy of 900 Tonnes. We have got all types of machines to make needle punch nonwoven fabric,chemical bonded and thermo bonded felts depending upon client requirements.
We have fully developed infrastructure to produce quality products according to our client requirement.We have two state of art lines to produce high quality nonwoven felts in 3.8 meters and 2 meters width and can process fiber in .9 to 15 denier ranges. We also have a 2.5 meter chemical and thermo bonding line that can process felts for varied applications in different industries. With a production capacity of 900 tonnes annualy we can cater to different industries having high demands. We are capable of making almost all types of needle punched fabrics at our facility and also can develop custom made products according to client's specifications.
